4. Travel Documents:
   • It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they possess valid travel documents (passport, visa, etc.) required for the tour.
   • Air Vision Tours shall not be held liable for any consequences resulting from the customer’s failure to obtain necessary travel documents.
5. Liability:
   • Air Vision Tours acts as a booking agent for various service providers (hotels, airlines, transportation companies, etc.). We do not own or operate these services, and therefore, we cannot be held liable for any accidents, injuries, damages, losses, or delays incurred during the tour.
   • Customers are advised to obtain travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
6. Code of Conduct:
   • Customers are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully towards fellow travelers, tour guides, and locals at all times.
   • Air Vision Tours reserves the right to refuse service or remove customers from the tour if their behavior is deemed disruptive or harmful to others.
7. Intellectual Property:
   • All content (text, images, logos, etc.) on the Air Vision Tours website is the intellectual property of Air Vision Tours or its licensors. It may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
8. Governing Law:
   • These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of  Jurisdiction, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jurisdiction.
